Sorry I am not Dr Murray, but felt that 'age' would
not be the factor in ruling out adrenal disease here!
We had a ferret in the shelter named Dizzy and at a
few months old 'continuously mated with his blanket',
he was full of life and never lost any of his
beautiful coat, but he had an adrenal tumor on the
right side! In those days removal of the whole tumor
was quite a dilemna when the vena cava was involved,
so Dizzy remained on Lupron for many years to prevent
him from getting blockages due to his behaviour!
