HI AMy-
The only similar thing I have heard of is several unfortunate stories
of ferrets who were hospitalized for fever and administered 120 plus cc's
sub -q drip. They had fluid back up in their lungs-- dying several days
later of pneumonia.
Sure hope this doesn't happen very often!
