Maggie (the picky one) hates the grit. So when making soup I grind the kibble in a coffee grinder to a fine powder. Then I mix it in hot water. After that I dump it in the blender and purée it. Comes out smooth as baby food. Apparently consistency and texture is important to Maggie.
