In what way is he uncomfortable? Could you be more specific? Does
he feel bad? Is he not eating? Is he in pain? Is he having trouble
urinating?
If he only has the symptoms you mentioned, the surgery will take care
of them. Other than making sure he is a good surgical candidate,
there's not much to do prior to surgery.
