Subject: Ferret Eating Poop - Help!
Dear FHL;
Last Thursday(Jan.26th), I posted requesting ideas on how to stop a young
male from eating another ferrets poop. At this time no one has answered. I
realize this is not a very common problem(very uncommon). But it is
happening and I need ideas on how to get him to stop.
I think I am providing him with all the right nutrients in his diet. All of
my ferrets(I have eight)eat the same thing(TF)and they are doing okay.
All I can think about is the fact that he is getting some bad bacteria and
will eventually get very sick from this disgusting habit.
If you have any experience with this or any ideas as to how to stop him,
please e-mail me privately.
Absolutely no one in this area or around here has any ideas at all.
