Celia,
If you will search the archives under "Champ" or "renal failure"
there is a bunch of stuff I posted between about February and July
last year. Champ had anemia associated with chronic renal failure
and was put on epogen injections. The strength and dosage is there.
It probably won't answer all of your questions but it should answer
some of them.

Cedes (8 y.o.) now has non-regenerative anemia and we are trying
epogen with him. His PCV came up a little after his first
injection. He will be tested again in a month. Doc is suspecting
renal failure with him also.
