Subject: Necropsy question...
I am wondering what the difference is between an autopsy, a necropsy and
a postmortum. Or are they all the same thing?
If Lucy makes it thru the night, which I doubt, I will have her sent to
the Rainbow Brigde tomorrow morning. I would like to then find out what
caused her condition.
Now her head and neck are very swollen and her feet are cold. The pads
of her feet and her nose are almost white, so she is very anemic. I can
tell the bleeding has spread since she is now red on her front legs and
across her back. She tries to walk but then collapses after a few feet.
I hope she goes tonight in her sleep. I don't want to have to bring her
in, but I will, because she is suffering now. I did get her to steal a
pair of socks today and eat some Lucky Charms.
I am losing my best friend!
