belly-thanks

When I had a similar spot (mast cell tumor) removed on
my little girl ferret, it was day surgery but they did
put her under. I took her in about 7:30 am and they
called to tell me she was out and awake about 10 or
10:30 am. I picked her up later that afternoon and
she was bouncing around like her usual self - just a
little less hair on her belly and a few stitches. She
hardly seemed to notice she had surgery.
