Hi,

This may be WAY off base, but I've always wondered if using an
antihistamine like diphenhydramine or a histamine blocker
(like Pepcid AC) would help with mast cell tumors in ferrets?
I've read about their uses in cats and dogs, but then again,
mast cell tumors in ferrets aren't quite the same as in other
species (Thankfully!).

Anyway, it seems like at the very least, it *might* cut down
on some of the itching/irritation at the tumor site. But, the
million dollar question is whether it could potentially
slow/reverse tumor growth? (or perhaps help prevent
reoccurrence in prone ferrets?) Anyone?
