Sounds very much like the flu, which ferrets definitely can share with
their humans.

Tylenol is NOT safe and has killed ferrets - definitely stay away from it
and any product that contains it (Acetaminophen). Your vet may be able to
suggest something to help if nasal congestion is bad, maybe pediatric
benadryl, but generally the supportive care you're doing is the most
important. Lots of TLC, fluids, duck soup, and sympathy. Maybe some
steam or a humidifier. Others may have suggestions.
