And, my vet chose to go in the opposite direction. We started with
the higher does (to hopefully guarantee results pretty quickly) and
hope to back down to the 1mg next time.

I'm a little curious about what results I'm looking for. Cedes was
pretty much bald (had bilateral adrenalectomy in July) and we ran the
UT panel. He showed positive for adrenal (residual/ectopic tissue, I
guess) so we went with the Lupron. PRIOR to his injection he started
growing his fur back and is now thick and lush, though a totally
different color than he used to be. Now, I'm not sure how to measure
the effectiveness of the injection. Any ideas? Or, should I just
routinely plan on the injection every 4 months?
