I don't know how precise the depot (time release) is. There's
probably data on that somewhere. Even if it did run out exactly on
the four month anniversary of the injection, it would take some time
before you saw a return of symptoms. This might give the impression
that it lasts longer than it really does.

Just stopping and seeing how long it takes before symptoms return is
one option. I prefer to just stay on a regular schedule with mine
and not wait for the inevitable.
