Subject: Ferret Weight

Take her to a vet as soon as possible and have him do a full exam,
palpate for any
masses, lymph nodes, spleen, and other important clues and
to look for signs of adrenal disease, and probably
do some blood tests to look for causes, bring a stool sample
so that can be checked.
There are tons of reasons a ferret may be losing weight, one
cannot make a guess without seeing the ferret and getting
a detailed history.
In the meantime separate the ferret and watch how much she is
eating, pooping and take note of activity level. Make sure she
is well hydrated, she should be peeing, have moist mouth and
gums, and active. If she is vomiting, not passing stools or they
are with blood, or she is inactive I would have her checked
right away as an emergency.

Let us know what the vet says.
