As regards the shots for Australia, you may be
limited, I do believe one of the vets may be more
helpful with that info.!
However the shedding is NORMAL for a ferret that has
been neutered(de-sexed)! He will completely 'blow' his
coat and then a new one will replace in a different
color and without the strong smell! This is all due to
the hormone change, so don't worry, it is perfectly
normal! However you might want to give him a LAXATIVE
to help prevent hairballs(excess of loose hair being
ingested) and if he should reside with your other
ferrets then give them a laxative also!---Angela.
