I know that you don't want to hear this, but I'd worry that she might
have a blockage and for that reason, and because her
symptoms are so marked I'd get her in to the vet's IMMEDIATELY.
Nothing replaces a visit with a knowledgeable vet, and
sometimes those visits save lives.
It is also possible that she has an infection or something else
going on, but a vet would have to determine that, and since she
is not drinking she may need sub-cu fluids or IV so that she
doesn't suffer the serious consequences of dehydration and of
not eating.
