On one ferret, I tried Melatonin first, and it didn't seem to do anything.
On a different ferret, I used Lupron, which didn't help, tried Melatonin,
which didn't help, then Casodex, which didn't help. On that ferret, I think
something else was going on besides (or in addition to) adrenal. He was
very old and developed a huge tumor in his abdomen suddenly. I had to have
him put to sleep when he would no longer swallow.
