Another suggestion along these same lines.
During her talk at the Symposium on supplies to keep on hand for
medical emergencies and the like, Julie Fossa mentioned having
newborn disposable diapers to use with ferrets that are incontinent.
Because the diapers are very abrorbent, they work well to soak up
urine. They can be used when you want to hold and cuddle an
incontinent ferret, or during feeding and giving meds.
I have not tried them yet, but plan on getting a box to have on hand
for when I need it.
