Subject: Adrenal questions

I have been asking lots of questions about Adrenal ferrets as of late
We have 5 ferrets and Washu is our 1st to have adrenal problems.
Wahsu has had both her adrenal glands removed and as I have said
before it is about 7 mo after her last surgery. Washu is now showing
all the signs of adrenal problems again. What I really want to know
is what is her life going to be like now. What should we be
expecting. Is there anything that can be considered normal? Like is
it normal for her to be going potty on the floor (she never did
before)Is she in pain? Is she going to die soon? or can she live for
years like this? I really want to do what is best for Washu but I am
really not sure what to do next. I think I am going to start with the
cheepest meds first,(and work my way up) since I have read or heard
nothing that says any one med is better than another and that none of
the meds work all the time.
Thanks
Jen
