Subject: Taz-Belly troubles
My Taz has been having belly troubles. For awhile he was alternating
greenies with seedys. With amoxi and Kaopectate it seemed to help
then came back. Then we had him on Albon only. Poops were running
orange/seedy sometimes kinda liquidy. He has also lost weight. He's
now on Cefa and carafate along with yogurt. Seem to be improving but
I'm really concerned about his weight loss. He's just about fur on
bones. The vet says he lost an ounce of weight in 2-3 weeks. Any
advice? I've been skimming through the list and reading about the
possibilities of cancer. He's only four. How is cancer diagnosed?
Should we be looking at that possibility now or wait and see how he
does on the Carate.?
