studies of internally-produced melatonin over more than a
decade,
The Idea of giving ferrets a dark or lightproof sleeping area
was taught to me in the 60s by a man whose family has kept and
worked ferrets for over 5 generations. It is one of the old UK
ferret owners old wives tales If you dont give them a dark
nest box, they wont do well. I do not think they knew a lot
about melatonin around the turn of the century. Chris.
