If you are feeding them something different than they were fed in the
store and at the farm, which is very likely in this case, then this is
normal. They will usually go through an "adjustment period" when
switching food, during which time their stools will be soft to runny
and may even be green. This will disappear in a few days.
There are many good ferret foods on the market - you might want to look
into one. The kitten food is good, but ferret food is better.
As for your little girl sneezing, she's probably just exploring her new
environment and taking in all kinds of new smells - and maybe some
dust. I would not worry about this unless she starts sneezing
uncontrollably, has colored discharge from her nose, or starts getting
lethargic. If you see anything like this, get her to a vet. These may
indicate a respiratory infection.
