You know this suggestion of reporting a reaction to the
manufacturer did
us no good. I say this because I have had three of my ten go into
anaphylactic shock - one almost died on the table in front of me-
we
(the vet) reported it all in detail. The response from the
manufacturer
was non committal at best. They said no one else had ever
reported any
problem..... great eh! So, I think there should be some other way
to
get their attention........suggestions?

The only way to get the manufacturers to look into a problem product
is if every adverse reaction is reported to them. I am sorry that
you had such a bad experience, but that is definitely what needs to
be done in the case of a reaction.
