I'm sorry - I don't know any topicals to recommend to you. It's
important to determine the cause before you try to medicate it,
though. And again, it might just be the seasonal coat change. You
might want to give them a few days to see if you get any regrowth, or
take a quick trip to the vet to have them tested.
