Sounds like you need to get to the vet. It would be unlikely that
two so young have adrenal disease, but it sure would pay to check
into skin diseases and external parasites. Also, watch their games
to see if they have something that might be mechanically removing the
fur such as a very tight place that they just put their fronts into.
