Subject: euthanasia

When it is time to make the decision for our ferrets to go beyond how
should it be done? I have 3 they are young but the nightmare I went
through in 1996 worries me. I had 1 ferret (10years) and a sheltie
who grew up together with the run of the house. They were never
apart. Tammy my ferret had lymphoma she let me know when the time
came what I needed to do. I am so upset even writing this they
injected the first time and nothing happened, they did it again and
she was crying finally the third time she left this world but I have
lived feeling so horrible that the end was painful for her. When that
time does come for my little ones how do I make sure there will be no
pain? What is the most peacful way? I am sorry if I bring any sad
feeling to anyone I dont want to do that I just need help It was
horrible.

Thanks
Chrissy Pupper, Aj, and Snowball
