You know, I've been told this, but in practice, that doesn't appear to be
true. Perhaps we get enough minerals, etc. from other food, but I've drunk
distilled water when I was thirsty and it worked just fine. I also know
people who *only* drink distilled, and they don't have a problem, either.
Perhaps if you weren't eating anything else?? I don't know why it seems to
work okay, and I understand what you mean by not having trace elements,
etc. but in practice it doesn't seem to cause a problem.
