Have you had the vet run blood to see if there is toxicology suggestive of
poisoning?
This would have been the first thing I ran when the symptoms emerged.
Have they done x-rays to locate a blood clot form cardio - or any
ultrasound etc. to diagnose cardio involvement?

You have a lot of possibilities going on without definitive tests it could
be anything... even ADV!
It is All is speculation otherwise.
