Having just used the "at home" test a few days ago, I clearly
remember the instructions. It says to read the results within 10-30
minutes. I would not trust any reading very much after 30 minutes,
and certainly not the next day. That could account for
the "smearing" we have heard some people mention also. All of the
instructions need to be followed to the letter or they can't be
considered valid, in my opinion.
