Oh no, I'm sorry Russ - Diana has Lymphoma. She was diagnosed by needle
aspirate and biopsy of one of her nodes that was removed in December. Her
latest blood test showed lymphocyte counts increasing and now both of her
prescapular lymph nodes are enlarged. Aspirate of one of the nodes showed
cancerous cells and I made the decision to try the chemotherapy. Its Elspar
and something I can't possibly spell <g>..She is going to have 6 treatments
and then a final treatment via catheter.
I'm hoping to extend her quality of life - she is only 4.5 years old.
