You need to have the ferret get a veterinary exam.
On the right it's not the spleen which will be on her left side.
Long distance it is very hard to access such things. If it were both
sides I'd ask if there was a water-balloon quality to it because I'd
wonder about ascites from cardiomyopathy or another heart problem,
liver illness, or kidney illness.
If it is a discrete unusual swelling on the right side the vet will
check assorted things there: several organs, something affecting the
ascending colon, etc.
Please, make that vet appointment.
