Subject: tiny raised bumps on male's belly

Hi,
My 3 month old male has tiny pimple like bumps on his tummy. They are
very small and they are more like dried skin, not moist at all. They
almost look like tiny nipples but I am sure it's a male. Does anyone
have an idea what this could be? Other wise he is fat and happy. They
seem to cause him no pain. Kris in AZ
