Subject: Re: blindness

Ferrets can get PRA (progressive retinal atrophy).
Most owners notice a vision change at night first, but it
will progressively get worse to daytime.
It is not painful, but there is no treatment. The best suggestion I have is
not to move stuff around and possibly use some nightlights if he is not
totally blind. Ferrets adapt great to PRA. If you desire more information
about PRA contact me and I'll help you out.

Other than not moving things around, can anyone share specific suggestions?
