Subject: Yellow mucous looking feces

Hello
I have a 2 yr old female, Bebe, that I noticed had yellow mucous
looking feces the last few days.
I bought in a new 10 week old male about a 9 days ago into the
house of a 6 yr old and 2 year old female. His feces has a normal
ferret color. It isn't quite formed but doesn't look like diarrhea.
Both are playful, active, eating and drinking. Bebe hasn't lost
any weight but has a dry coat. Also I changed their food in the last
6 days. I mixed it with the old food for days and now completely on
the new food.
Could it be ECE or perhaps the stress of the new baby and food? I
was planning to give her pumpkin to firm their feces up. Any comments
would be helpful. BTW, my 6 yr old has normal feces.

Thanks
