Have your vet call Professional Arts Pharmacy at 1-800-832-9285. They
offer the 4 month Lupron in at least 1 mg and 2 mg dosages. 1 mg
works well in the majority of cases and is obviously half the price
of the 2 mg dose. Last I checked, they charge about $100 for the 1 mg
dose. It comes with two vials. One is the drug in powder form and
the other is the solution to mix it with to make it injectable. As
far as I know, storage time is not a concern until it's mixed. Your
vet should mix it just prior to injecting it.

This... http://www.avecon.com/advabelisa.html will take you right to
Avecon's page on the ELISA test. Details are there. Or, you can go
with the CEP test from United Vaccine (1-800-283-6465). There's also
a quick test from Avecon. Personally, I'd go with United's test,
but it may be more expensive.
