I agree with Russell that there are some signs there that point to
possible low blood glucose, but not the discharge from his nose. If
he's ill, he may not have eaten and that could have triggered a low
glucose episode.

A humidifier works well for congestion, but definitely get Nosmo into
the vet first thing.
