Subject: Wheel Chair for Ferrets?

Does anyone have experience with suiting a wheel chair to a ferret?
I figure if I can't make Snoop's paralysis go away, I can at least
try to help him get around. He seems to be frustrated by the fact
that he is somewhat immobilized.
