Unfortunately, your ferret really needs to be seen by a vet.
What you describe with his ear sounds like he could have a bad
inner ear infection. If that is the case, there could be
swelling in the ear that can cause him to have periods where
he is dizzy and loses his sense of balance. If that is the
case, he may also have an upset stomach. Dizziness can cause
nausea. But only a vet that can examine him can know for
sure. And, if there is a bad ear infection, he will need
antibiotics to get better, and only a vet can give you those.
No online health list can replace an examination by a good
vet.
