Get her to the vet . There are several possible causes but since
it is sudden and she is tired it could be ascites. This cna be
caused by liver illness, kidney illness, cardiomyopathy (very
common cause),and other things. Many of these have
treatments which can help with quality or quantity of life, or with
both.
