YOU certainly do have a stubborn gal there!
HCG is only good for 30 days after opening -- that the inj might be
expired is a probability, have you asked the vet?
YOu can wait a few more weeks to see if she is just slow to respond to the
drug. The only ferret I ever had to use 2 shots on never came into heat
again - and 6 months started losing her hair in a silent heat-- we had to
spay her at that time.
