Subject: update Toby recheck
Hello,
Dr. Williams and everyone else who responded to Toby, who has a
possible hairball, and recent low glucose of 30 and high lymphocytes.
Took Toby back to my usual vet,( went to other vet because he was on
vacation), He did a in house glucose test on Toby and guess what? His
glucose level was 135. I really think the lab that the other vet used
must have made a mistake, with such a different reading, possibly let
it sit for awhile. My vet also did another complete bloodwork up on
Toby to check his lymphocytes again and other counts.
I will get these back tommorow. He also recommended giving Toby the
ferret lax for a hairball, I have been watching Tobys poops and he has
had hair in them when I check, it hasnt been a big clump though.
Can Toby be pooping normally and still have a big hairball in his
stomach? He still grinds when he eats.
