There are other surgical options.

Sometimes the right comes out cleanly with just standard surgical techniques. We have had some like that through the years, like our Ashling who is doing so well on Florinef and Pred since she lost both adrenals.

It is also possible often to de-bulk the R, and sometimes it doesn't re-grow badly, though other times it can. It is also possible to combine debulking the R with Lupron afterward.
