Subject: How much blood is needed for ADV testing?

I have looked at the file section PDF file regarding United ADV
testing but it doesnt mention how much blood is needed. Does
clipping one nail provide enough? I can recall when I clipped too
low by accident and the cry of pain from the ferret was terrible. Is
a needle stick for this the better way to go?
