It doesn't matter. Most go bald starting over their tail, but you get
all kinds of variations. Some lose the hair on top of their feet. Some
start at the sholders and some don't seem to lose much at all.

You need to do surgery or send blood off for a University of Tenn blood

That is another sign of adrenal disease. The hormones from the adrenals
cause swelling of the prostate and that swelling blocks off his urine
flow. It it becomes a full block, it will kill him.
