If she is sneezing so much I myself, would think that
there are some allergies going on in a big big way.
If her kibble, when touching the nose sends her into
fits, I would consider changing food. Then I would
start looking into other areas where she may have an
allergy. Things of where she is when starting her
fits of sneezing. Carpet, bedding, food, toys,
furniture, etc. To me the sneezing sounds like
allergies in which she can't get the tickle reaction
under control at all.
I'm not a vet, but just an observer.
