Yes, I would be concerned! It sounds from the
description that you gave of a 'dazed' look that she
could possibly be experiencing small seizures, which
also would account for her 'missing' the hammock! You
will need to get a 'blood fasting level' done at your
vet as soon as possible! Until you do, why not give
her some CHICKEN BABY FOOD about 4 teaspoons, both
morning and evening, at least it will help level off
the blood glucose!
One other thought about her falling is, could she be
going blind, cataracts are very common in older
ferrets? Please get her to your vet as soon as you can
though, a check on that blood glucose may give you the
answer and you will be able to treat her for it!-Angela
