I'm not sure that the vomiting and tooth grinding is even related to his
lymphoma. It is possible to have two illnesses at the same time. The
vomiting and tooth grinding sound to me like a bad case of helicobacter
induced ulcers. I'm not a vet but if I were your vet I'd be giving Amoxi
drops, Biaxin and Carafate for ulcers and see if that helps. You'd be
amazed at how much Carafate can help when it is given 20 minutes before
feeding.
