Well, in the first place most of the adrenal neoplasias are not
cancers.

In the second place 7 isn't too old for surgery if she is healthy
enough.

In the third place if she isn't well enough for surgery then try
Lupron and possibly also melatonin. We have an 8 year old on
Lupron. She also has an autoimmune problem that causes a
friable small intestine, has insulinoma that is now advanced,
and is a very poor surgical candidate due to almost dying in two
earlier ops that were needed when her intestine separated too
badly. She is on daily Prednisone and Proglycem and she gets
Lupron shots. The result is a very hppy little old lady who still
zooms around.

Wait for the vet and discuss her options.
