Subject: RE: Arni worse

With all of the talk on lymphoma lately I thought I would ask
for some feedback. Boogie my 6 year old had elevated
lymphocytes (54) and kidney function (BUN- 45; Creatinine-
1.4) a few months ago. It seems that he has been uriniating
more frequently and in greater amounts. Also, he seems to be
straining to urinate sometimes. He threw up food once in the
last few months. Also, I've noticed him smacking his lips
sometimes like he is tasting something even if there isn't
anything in his mouth. Today there were three swollen lymphs
found on him (one on his neck, back area and leg). They took
a needle biopsy of one lymph and took a blood panel again.
The vet said that it can be just an infection or something
worse. If this turns out to be lymphoma, what can I expect?
I would like to get input on what treatments have the best
results. I am only interested in what treatment, if any would
be best for him- I wouldn't want to put him through anything
harsh or prolonged. Please share your thoughts- I am so
worried about him.
