Hi Kelley,
I hate when they do that! All of mine have done that to me at least once,
and I'm such a whimpy ferretmom that I fall for it (and fall apart)
everytime. I read somewhere that it's a defense for the babies (if a
predator finds them it will think they're already dead and not eat them -
can't think that's true but....), and Princess, whom I got as a 6 week old,
has done it to me more often then my guys, who are all rescued adults.
Anyway, I'd keep an eye on him in the future, but if he's like my guys he'll
probably do it again. Part of the fun and games!
