Subject: Which one should I be worried about?

I have 3 male ferrets and 2 female ferrets. Lately (for about 1 month)
Dexter (3yr old male) has been desperately trying to mate with Nestle (3 yr
old female) He is very persistant and rough with her, holds her down, gets
in position and pumps his little hips. He follows her around smelling her
vulva too.

I know that sexual behavior can be a sign of adrenal disease, but he has no
other symptoms, and isn't trying to "get it on" with any of the other
ferrets, male or female.

I also know that incomplete spays can cause a ferret to come into esterus.
Nestle's vulva is slightly more pronounced than my other female's, but my
vet told me that all ferrets are different, it doesn't look swollen to her.
I looked on the internet and it looks nothing like the pics posted of
adrenal ferrets. Also my other 2 males are not interested in her sexually.

Should I be worried about either of them? Or both of them?
Thanks!
